1) Intro:
– We connect face to face virtually at the beginning of the session to get acquainted and discuss your reason for booking, what to expect, and any questions, etc.
– Your camera should be set up so I can see your entire physical body (it is recommended that you set yourself up so you are lying down on the floor, couch or bed)
*You are welcome to provide information regarding your reason for booking in the Comments section of the booking page, and I will tailor the meditation/visualization to your intention for the session.
2) Guided Meditation / Reiki / Relaxation:
– You will be sent a link to relaxing background music to play on your end during the session.
– You mute your microphone, and I walk you through a guided meditation with my voice to help you focus and relax into the session.
– I then mute my microphone, while I complete the reiki distance reiki, and you continue to practice the guided meditation.
– Both of our cameras remain on during the session 🙂
3) Reflection:
– When the Reiki portion is complete, I unmute my microphone and walk you back into the present moment with my voice.
– We then complete the Session Overview along with the Tarot + Oracle card reading for additional guidance.
– You will have the opportunity to discuss anything that came up for you in the session if you wish to.
