Reiki Energy Healing

During the session, Ash uses a combination of hand placements to channel Reiki energy into the recipient. The hand placements are above and around the body, hovering hands without touch or lightly making physical contact (always avoiding all sensitive and private parts of the body).

Reiki can also be done with no physical contact if that is your preference.

You will have the opportunity to discuss your reason for booking + set an intention of focus with Ash at the beginning of the session.

At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on anything that came up for you + have a discussion about the insights that Ash picked up, and suggested methods for you to further explore and integrate after the session.

Reiki + Intuitive Energy Healing

Most note entering a deep meditative state and feeling a very deep sense of relaxation and inner-peace after a Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing session with Ash.

In addition to Reiki, Ash will lead you through a Guided Meditation + incorporates: Sound Bowl, Om Frequency 136.1 hz Tuning Forks, Healing Crystals + 1 Oracle Cards Pull at the end of the session for additional guidance.

Cleansing herbal smoke is optional to further enhance the benefits of Reiki + relaxation in the session.
