Humans often have a need to make abstract and intangible concepts— like emotions, ideas, or experiences— concrete in some way.

Art & language are some examples of this.

We try to define what can’t always be easily expressed, trying to make sense of our inner worlds and the world around us.

For those who are curious how distance energy healing works, i’ll share a quote that attempts to put this intangible practice into tangible words:

“Energy is not limited by distance. The receiver of the scan can be two feet away or on the other side of the globe. The distance does not matter. We are only limited by our limited thoughts. If you think that you cannot do an intuitive scan over a distance, then you will not be able to do distance work. When you change your restricted thinking to expansive thinking, you expand your abilities. Expanded thought equals expanded energy equals expanded experiences.

Energy not only follows thought but also follows imagination. As you sense the energy in your chest spreading throughout the body, one can then imagine energy emanating out past the skin. Your energy will follow your imagination. This is an absolute key to psychic perceptions. As you imagine your energy projecting outward, upward, downward, or across the oceans of the earth, your energy immediately responds to the expansion of imagination.” — Tina M. Zion

During a distance session I share each and every little thought, impression, feeling, symbol, etc. that I experience with the recipient as this information is for them, not for me.

The information may not make sense to me in the moment, but in trusting my experience and my imagination and sharing it with the recipient, something that I might not understand makes complete sense to them.

I also take notes (automatic writing) during the session on a human diagram with the chakras as it can be difficult to recall the information in detail once I’m out of the meditative flow state. This also helps me to stay focused.

I intentionally envision myself as a channel for this information to flow through me for the benefit of the recipient, as apposed to a sponge that retains and holds onto it.

During this full moon ritual with Sacred Passage Healing, we practice techniques to help shift energy blockages within your body, mind, and spirit.

These energetic blockages may manifest as physical ailments, discouraging thoughts, repeating patterns, and/or emotional stresses + stagnation.

Through this practice, you learn techniques to open up the flow of your vital life force energy, promoting overall well-being and self empowerment.

Combining this practice with the cycle of the full moon creates a monthly ritual that holds a sacred space for transformation.

This monthly ritual supports a shift in one’s
consciousness, encouraging you to self reflect, practice compassion, release limiting beliefs, realign your focus and intentions, tend to your emotional needs, and step into a new phase of life with greater confidence and self-awareness ✨

Each event is centred around the unique themes that are connected to the energies of that specific full moon.

Journal prompts for the full moon themes are also included to help you integrate after the session and reflect on how the themes connect to the current phase of your life ✍🏻

With cozy season upon us, receive a virtual distance reiki session from the comfort of your own home 😊

Also perfect if you need to reschedule an In person session due to weather or travel ✨

Reiki can be sent via “Distance” and is just as effective as an in person session 💫

The recipient of a distance reiki session experiences the same physical sensations as an in person client.

The sessions are set up to be similar in structure despite the physical distance.

For Distance sessions, I use a human diagram that includes the chakras as a “surrogate” to conduct the distance session as the recipient is not physically present in the room -

I take notes on the impressions I sense / feel / pick up / focus on during the session on the diagram, which I share with you at the end of the session.

ONLINE VIRTUAL DISTANCE REIKI 💻✨🤲🏻✨

1) Intro: We connect face to face virtually at the beginning of the session to get acquainted and go over a simple self guided meditation/visualization technique that you can use during the Reiki portion of the session to help you focus and relax.

*You are welcome to provide information regarding your reason for booking in the Comments section of the booking page, and I will tailor the meditation/ visualization to your intention for the session.

2) Reiki / Relaxation: The Reiki portion is completed with the video session on mute, while you listen to relaxing music via a link that is provided.

3) Reflection: When the Reiki portion is complete, I unmute the video call and walk you back into present moment with my voice. We then complete the Session Overview along with the Tarot + Oracle card reading🪞

There is a limitless source of universal energy all around us, flowing through and connecting all living things. This is the energy we are working with and tapping into during a reiki session (in person & distance) 💫

The Full Moon will be at its peak on Tuesday Sept 17 but the days leading up to and following the full moon are just as effective for tending to your full moon rituals.

I personally like to start setting Full Moon intentions a few days before in preparation for moving into the next phase which is just what the theme of this event will be about.

As the seasons begin to change in the Northern Hemisphere, you may already be sensing and feeling a shift -

A Full Moon Reiki sound bath in preparation for the Fall Equinox helps to provide:
