During the session, Ash incorporates various hand placements to channel Reiki energy into the recipient.

The hand placements include a combination of hovering hands without touch, and lightly making physical contact with the body.

However, Reiki can also be done with no physical contact if that is your preference.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on anything that came up for you, and have a discussion about the insights that Ash picked up + suggested methods for you to further explore and integrate after the session.

In addition to receiving the standard Reiki Energy Healing, Ash will lead you through a Guided Meditation + incorporates: Crystal Sound Bowl, Om Frequency 136.1 hz Tuning Fork and Healing Crystals.

Cleansing herbal smoke is optional to further enhance the benefits of relaxation in the session.
