The first Reiki Sound Bath of the year will be held next Sunday, January 12 @ North Oyster Community Centre in Ladysmith (Vancouver Island) ✨🤲🏻✨

6:30pm - 8pm ✨

Come relax, unwind and recharge your energetic battery 🔋

This event will give you the space to reflect on the start of your new year. It will be an opportunity for you to reconnect with your inner power and light, helping to refocus your attention, awareness, and energy on your bigger dreams - even if you’re not quite sure what those dreams are yet. The goal is to get you moving in a positive direction as you transition through the first half, of the first month, of this new year 💫

It’s never to late to start (or re-start) 💗

🌟 This year, I’m introducing a new practice with each Full Moon: selecting a word that embodies the energy you want to focus on and cultivate. For this month, that word for me is PERSEVERE—to keep moving forward, even when the path is challenging or progress feels slow. This intention will serve as a reminder to stay resilient and committed, no matter what obstacles, delays or distractions arise.

It’s about patiently staying committed to your path, trusting that every small step counts, and allowing yourself grace along the way. It’s the quiet strength that keeps you going, even when the journey isn’t easy.

Wrapping up an incredible year of Reiki + Tarot + Sound Healing sessions in my dream space. As I reflect on this journey, I’m filled with deep gratitude for how far I have come and the beautiful energy that surrounds this sacred space. It’s been a year of healing, growth, and transformation—but also a year of letting go.

In the midst of celebrating the manifestation of this dream, I can’t ignore the grief that came alongside it🪞 the loved ones, connections, communities and past versions of self that I had to say goodbye to in order to start this next chapter that I’ve wanted for so long.

This year has been a teacher of learning to hold immense gratitude and grief, side by side ⚖️

This space is built on love, intention, and honoring the sacred process of release and renewal. Thank you to every soul who has stepped through the door this year. You are a part of this unfolding. 🌿💫

Many of you love the larger group size that we accommodate at the Full Moon Reiki Sound Bath Events, there’s something very powerful about being in that energy together 💫

But for those who have requested a more intimate experience, I have added a NEW Reiki Sound Bath in December where ATTENDANCE WILL BE CAPPED AT 8 & the event length has been extended to 2 hours from the usual 90 mins to accommodate 1:1 (hands on) Reiki

Join us for a relaxing evening of Sound Healing + Reiki to replenish your energy, restore your spirit, and nourish your nervous system ✨

I use a combination of Quartz crystal singing bowls, small Tibetan singing bowls, Tuning Forks, Zaphir chimes, various percussion instruments, and a quality sound system to immerse you in a vibrational and sensory experience.

Deep relaxation, self reflection, releasing tension and shifting built up or stagnant energy is the end result.

I will lead you through a guided meditation with light breathwork, before using a combination of Reiki + sound & frequency to help guide you to a place of deep meditation and gently shift your mind, body + spirit back into alignment 🧠✨🫀

Group events are a great way to introduce yourself to sound & energy healing for the first time, connect with others in a community environment, and weave more self care and co-regulation into your life.

The greatest act of self-love is prioritizing your own well being 💗

Humans often have a need to make abstract and inta

Humans often have a need to make abstract and intangible concepts— like emotions, ideas, or experiences— concrete in some way.

Art & language are some examples of this.

We try to define what can’t always be easily expressed, trying to make sense of our inner worlds and the world around us.

For those who are curious how distance energy healing works, i’ll share a quote that attempts to put this intangible practice into tangible words:

“Energy is not limited by distance. The receiver of the scan can be two feet away or on the other side of the globe. The distance does not matter. We are only limited by our limited thoughts. If you think that you cannot do an intuitive scan over a distance, then you will not be able to do distance work. When you change your restricted thinking to expansive thinking, you expand your abilities. Expanded thought equals expanded energy equals expanded experiences.

Energy not only follows thought but also follows imagination. As you sense the energy in your chest spreading throughout the body, one can then imagine energy emanating out past the skin. Your energy will follow your imagination. This is an absolute key to psychic perceptions. As you imagine your energy projecting outward, upward, downward, or across the oceans of the earth, your energy immediately responds to the expansion of imagination.” — Tina M. Zion

During a distance session I share each and every little thought, impression, feeling, symbol, etc. that I experience with the recipient as this information is for them, not for me.

The information may not make sense to me in the moment, but in trusting my experience and my imagination and sharing it with the recipient, something that I might not understand makes complete sense to them.

I also take notes (automatic writing) during the session on a human diagram with the chakras as it can be difficult to recall the information in detail once I’m out of the meditative flow state. This also helps me to stay focused.

I intentionally envision myself as a channel for this information to flow through me for the benefit of the recipient, as apposed to a sponge that retains and holds onto it.

During this full moon ritual with Sacred Passage Healing, we practice techniques to help shift energy blockages within your body, mind, and spirit.

These energetic blockages may manifest as physical ailments, discouraging thoughts, repeating patterns, and/or emotional stresses + stagnation.

Through this practice, you learn techniques to open up the flow of your vital life force energy, promoting overall well-being and self empowerment.

Combining this practice with the cycle of the full moon creates a monthly ritual that holds a sacred space for transformation.

This monthly ritual supports a shift in one’s
consciousness, encouraging you to self reflect, practice compassion, release limiting beliefs, realign your focus and intentions, tend to your emotional needs, and step into a new phase of life with greater confidence and self-awareness ✨

Each event is centred around the unique themes that are connected to the energies of that specific full moon.

Journal prompts for the full moon themes are also included to help you integrate after the session and reflect on how the themes connect to the current phase of your life ✍🏻
