Ash is a Certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner-Teacher and Registered Reiki Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA).

Her practice blends a variety of holistic modalities, including: Traditional Usui Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Tarot, Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Visualization, Meditation, and intuitive connection with spirit. She also incorporates Five Element Reiki, chakra alignment, meridian balancing, nervous system regulation, and an understanding of attachment patterns to support clients on a deeper emotional and energetic level.

Ash’s personal healing journey led her to energy work, where she developed a profound connection to herself and others. After experiencing transformative shifts in her own life, she felt called to offer the same level of care, compassion, and support to those navigating their own healing paths and life transitions.

In addition to her Reiki Master Practitioner-Teacher certification, Ash has completed Levels 1 and 2 of Therapeutic Touch through Langara College. She has volunteered with the Burnaby Hospice Society and The Bloom Group in Vancouver, where she provided compassionate presence and complementary energy and sound healing services to residents, their loved ones, and staff.

Her work in hospice care has given her the privilege of holding space for individuals and families during deeply meaningful transitions. Ash has also served as a primary caregiver for an immediate family member during end-of-life care at home. Through Reiki and sound healing, she supported comfort, emotional ease, and pain management from early diagnosis through treatment and the final stages of transition.

Ash is deeply comfortable supporting those living with terminal diagnoses, as well as individuals experiencing grief and bereavement. She offers a safe, grounded space for clients to process emotions, navigate loss, and explore continued connection with loved ones in spirit. Her work gently integrates elements of mediumship within an ethical and supportive framework.

Her energy is warm, welcoming, gentle, and uplifting. While much of her experience centers around grief and loss, her offerings are equally supportive for overall well-being, personal growth, and times of uncertainty or transition.

Ash has worked with clients around the world through Reiki, sound healing, Tarot sessions, and group sound bath experiences. She considers it a true honour to share these practices, helping others reconnect with themselves, reclaim their inner light, and step into their personal power.
